حذف البيانات

١ كيف تطلب الحذف

بإحدى طريقتين، وكلتاهما كافية:

• رسالة بريد إلى info@al-mizeej.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات»
• رسالة من الحساب نفسه على ماسنجر أو انستغرام تطلب فيها حذف بياناتك

لا نطلب منك تعبئة أي نموذج، ولا رسوم على الطلب.

٢ ما نحتاجه منك

اسم الحساب الذي راسلتنا منه، أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بطلبك — واحد منهما يكفي للعثور على بياناتك.

إذا وصلنا الطلب بالبريد من عنوان لا نعرفه، قد نسألك سؤالاً واحداً للتأكد أن الحساب حسابك، مثل تاريخ آخر طلب أو آخر محادثة. هذا لحمايتك من أن يحذف غيرك بياناتك.

٣ ما يحدث بعدها

نحذف بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يوماً من استلام الطلب، ونرسل لك تأكيداً كتابياً يبيّن ما حُذف وما بقي إن بقي شيء.

ويشمل الحذف محتوى محادثاتك وتعليقاتك عندنا، والصور والتسجيلات الصوتية المرفقة بها، وبيانات تواصلك في سجلاتنا.

٤ ما قد يبقى

قد نبقي سجلات الطلبات والفواتير إذا ألزمنا بذلك القانون العراقي أو التزام الضمان القائم على جهازك. في هذه الحالة نبقي أقل قدر يفي بالغرض ولا نستخدمه لأي شيء آخر، ونحذفه فور انتهاء المدة الملزمة.

1 How to request deletion

Either of these is enough on its own:

• Email info@al-mizeej.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”
• Send us a message from the same account on Messenger or Instagram asking for your data to be deleted

There is no form to fill in and no fee.

2 What we need from you

The account name you messaged us from, or the phone number linked to your order — either one is enough for us to find your data.

If the request arrives by email from an address we do not recognise, we may ask you one question to confirm the account is yours, such as the date of your last order or last conversation. This protects you from someone else deleting your data.

3 What happens next

We delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request and send you a written confirmation stating what was deleted and what, if anything, remains.

The deletion covers the content of your conversations and comments held by us, the photos and voice notes attached to them, and your contact details in our records.

4 What may remain

We may keep order records and invoices where Iraqi law or an active warranty obligation on your device requires it. In that case we keep the minimum that serves the purpose, use it for nothing else, and delete it as soon as the required period ends.
